We had been looking for a new house or townhouse in the area for some time but saw nothing that appealed to us within our price range. We had previously heard a rumour that Renzo storage facilities may be redeveloped into appartments and thougth it might be interesting, then when we saw that Verve appartments was about to commence marketing went along to have a look at the proposed development.
 
After perusing the concept designs and proposed quality of accommodation, facilities and car parking spaces to be provided we felt that this would be suitable for us so we expressed our interest in purchasing a unit "off the plan".
 
This was a big decision for us as nothing much had been started on site, however we were confident that the development would proceed within the envisaged time frame. This also gives us time to proceed with the sale of our present house.
 
Verve appartments suit our requirements with regard to the size of the unit purchased and its central location adjacent to public transport and a park as well as the overall design of the building with its central atrium and proposed common areas in stage 1 and hopefully stage 2.
 
We were fortunate that could have an input into the internal design of the unit as well as the external balconies and the co-ordination with the developer and architects was greatly appreciated.
 
We are looking forward to the commencement of construction work on site.
